When Scotland votes for independance in 2010 England by default will have its own parliament.

Just how is rule from Brussels classed as "Independence?".
As the 'SNP' are committed absolutely to FULL EU membership, the only difference will be that Scotland being ruled from Brussels outside of the laughably titled 'United Kingdom', rather than being ruled from Brussels within the 'United Kingdom'.
Below is what the word Independence means, according to a Dictionary, as you can see, but may not want to see, is that Scotland will not be Independent, as for England, well England has two Unions to get out of to be truly Independent, not just getting out of one Union, Prostitute itself off to the other, and pretend to be an Independent nation, the shame of that.
